Online Store Return Policy
Within 30 days of delivery of your shipment (including gifts), you may return any of the following items to Industrial Revolution.
– Any item in its ORIGINAL CONDITION Please note that we do not accept the return of opened items or items returned more than 30 days past delivery. All returned merchandise must be in original packaging with all manufacturer’s accessories, manuals and instructions included. Missing accessories will result in a reduced credit amount by the actual replacement cost of those items. We can only process returns and refunds for items purchased at industrialrevolution.net. We cannot process returns or exchanges online, for items purchased at our store location. Industrial Revolution is not liable for the cost of return shipping.
We will notify you of your refund via e-mail after we have received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 10 business days after we receive your return.

- We will send you an email containing a form: Return of item to fill out and submit online
- We will send you an email verification: Purchase Refund Authorized with a return shipping label file attached.
- Return mail the item with printed shipping label.
- Once the item has been received and processed, allow 7 to 10 business days for completion of refund (issued to the original form of payment).
Replacement of Defective Items
If you feel that the item is defective and/or not damaged from shipping, you must return to Industrial Revolution for inspection. Please contact us for a return authorization. Items must be received within 30 days of delivery of shipment. Industrial Revolution is not liable for the cost of return shipping. We will make a determination within 7 business days of receipt if a replacement will be issued.
Industrial Revolution inspects all items before they are shipped. If you received a damaged item due to shipping, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, within 3 days of receipt for instructions. Industrial Revolution will initiate an insurance claim with the third party carrier and file documentation on your behalf. Your insurance claim may take up to 90 days to process. You must save all packing materials so the carrier representative can inspect the package upon request. If the claim has been approved, Industrial Revolution will issue you a refund for your purchase amount.
Returning a Gift?
A) If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and was shipped directly to the recipient, the recipient will receive a Gift Card for the value of your return. The Gift card will be mailed to the same address to which the order was shipped. Do not worry, we will not let the gift giver know about your return.
B) If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and he or she will find out about your return.
To determine whether your item was marked as a gift, check the bottom of the packing slip that came with the shipment for words that says “We hope you enjoy your revolutionary gift”.
Our goal is to process all orders within 24 hours of receipt. Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours (Monday through Friday 9:30AM – 6:00PM PST, excluding holidays). If we encounter any problems processing or shipping your order you will be contacted within two business days. Please note Industrial Revolution is not liable for the cost of Return Shipping.
Tracking Your Packages
You will receive one or more tracking numbers on the confirmation e-mail we send you when your order is shipped, if you choose to purchase this option. This tracking number can be used to check the status of your package at our shipping carriers’ website:

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Shipping date estimates will appear in the order form. After placing your order, you will see both shipping and delivery date estimates in the order confirmation e-mail and in the order summary in your Account.
Special Shipping Instructions
If you require special shipping please email us at [email protected] and reference your transaction/invoice number, so that we can access your request, within 24 hours of your order.
Cancelling an Order
You may cancel an order at any time prior to processing at our centre by calling 1 800 822 2516. Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel orders once they have been shipped, you will need to return the item after you have received it.
We cannot confirm the price of an item until you order, but please note that we do not charge your credit card until your order enters the shipping process. Some items in our online catalog may increase in price over time and there may be a lag in updating them online. Rest assured, however, that we verify prices as part of our shipping procedures.
If an item’s correct price is lower than our stated price, we charge the lower amount and ship you the item.
If an item’s correct price is higher than our stated price, we – at our discretion – will either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
If the regular price of an item in our store is different than the price of an item online we will honor the lower price.
Please note that we will not give discounts for large orders under the same title or multiple purchases under the same title.
