Return Policy
Items taken on approval (with explicit communication between customer and sales associate) may be returned for full refund or exchange under the following guidelines:
- Proof of purchase/original receipt must be present
- Merchandise must be in original condition, original packaging and deemed undamaged during time away from store
- Merchandise must be returned within the timeframe agreed upon between customer and sales associate
- No return or refund of discounted or sale items
- Special orders, once placed with supplier, are non-refundable, non-exchangeable and not able to be cancelled
